Inaugural Stakeholder Workshop
Industry aligned on the core challenge — hydrogen remains expensive — and tabled a “carrot and stick” approach to close the cost gap with fossil fuels.
Who we are, why we were established, and how the organisation is run.
Hydrogen Malaysia (H2Malaysia) is a national, industry-led platform established to drive the growth, coordination and adoption of hydrogen technologies in support of Malaysia's Hydrogen Economy & Technology Roadmap 2022–2050 — underpinned by the 'Build Some, Buy Some' model, the clean energy transition and green economy goals.
As central facilitator, it connects government agencies, industry players, research institutions and investors, and actively supports national hydrogen initiatives — the Sarawak Hydrogen Hub, the H2B Project, the HETR Implementation Programme (HETR-IP) led by NanoMalaysia Berhad, and pilots for green hydrogen mobility and refuelling infrastructure.
Vision
